    Default Summerxxxx v Euro

    hiya new member to this and have a letter from brinx saying their intention of making a civil claim
    also saying this is my last chance before litagation
    against me
    also saying i will have to pay the cost of the litigation and their amount i owe them together with the statutory rate of 8%
    am i to be worried ive read through a few posts and see what other people have done
    am i to just ignore these people

    Just ignore. It's not a fine, it's an unenforcible invoice. Ignore.
    Don't contact them, you'll just drag it out because they'll think you're frightened.
    You'll get a few letters. Then possibly one from a DCAicon then, if you're REALLY lucky, one from a "solicitor".
    Just ignore them. eventually they'll go away and chase someone else.

    Brinx = Euro Car Parks using differently headed paper. Very sneaky.

    Expect a couple from Control Account as well, and then they will give up.
