we have rented out our home for the last 6 mths and the tennant has now been issued the s.21 requesting them to leave, however they called to say they will not be paying any rent they rent is currently £750 per month they are already 1 month behind and when they leave it will be total of £1500.00 is their any way we can make the pay.
We did take 135 photo of the house and they have since removed carpets painted walls etc etc and the deposit may only cover the damage and still leave us out of pocket, should we wait until they leave before claiming the money back or wait to see what else is damaged.
