Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have recently upgraded my broadband to Virgin Media 50mb. On there website it states that the 50mb has no throttling of the speed that’s the main reason I upgraded.
I have been reading on another forum that they will be introducing a throttling of this service now. If this was to happen I would no longer require this service. My question is would I be able to get out of my 12 month contract because there service was no longer giving what was advertised when took them up on it.
Many thanks
I would suggest for futures sake you print out the 50mb terms and conditions, or the part where it says no throttling.
I believe all the T&Cs say that if they change to your detriment, then you have a right to leave.
