Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm taking someone to county court and the claim has been allocated to the small claims track. If I win I intend to ask the court to order that the defendant pay all court costs and, my travle costs for attending the two hearings and the litigan in person rate of £9.25 an hour for my time psent dealing with the claim. At what point do I mention this to the court and how do I do it? Is there a form I need to complete or does the judge ask me after judgement?
