    Default default from phoenix

    HI, I recently checked my Equifax credit file and noticed that a company called phoenix recoveries has placed a default notice on my file. My research leads me to believe that they are some how connected to my Littlewoods account. I have been paying Moorcroft for the outstanding amount due to littlewoods so how is it possible that pheonix can register a default notice when I have had no contact with them what so ever? IS this default even enforceable? Any help is truly appreciated
