Hi, hope this is the correct section to post, basically i gave my former friend £1100 to buy me some clothing to sell on, (he works at a market) however he has failed to deliver me these goods?
i have tried contacting him numerous times and i have no replies... i paid him in cash, but he hasn't given me anything!

Hi actually made some progress today, he has admitted he has a gambling problem and spent the money in a casino..... however i met up with him and got him to sign an agreement and will pay the money in instalments, still in doubt i got him to give me some valuable items to hold on to (valued around £700 used). So lets see how it goes.
