Can anyone help, please? I have just been sent my latest T-Mobile bill and they have charged me an extra £156 because for the past few months they have been undercharging calls. This bill then, asks me to pay all the extra that were undercharged. Can they do this? They said they'd sent everyone a text but I did not receive one. They also said that it was their system not charging at the same rate they advertised their calls at.
