I have now payed everything I owe on my MINT debt except for the unfair charges applied to my account.

MINT however insist that I pay these charges and they have have gone so far as to set the DCA dogs on me.

I have replied to the DCAs and MINT informing them that my account is in dispute.

MINT say my account is not in dispute.

My question is (if anyone can help) is does it take 2 parties to have a dispute?

Is my account still in dispute if only I say so?
