Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
My son got a letter recently with a cheque enclosed from the tax office. It was for overpayments of tax. Now for the question
If it was a refund of overpaid tax, how come he paid tax on it ?
The original amount was over £300,....... £95 stoppages,...... ended up with £250.
Can anyone just explain how this works please cos it has got me stumped.
