I have a Renault Espace and yes, ghess what, the engine is knackered I've read countless tales of other Espace owners suffering the same ill fate, after I already paid for a new Turbo last year.
Renaults answer is to pay 30% of 6500.00. Not good enough and I want to go to the SMMT.
Does anyone have dealings with these? I'd be really interested to hear your experiences and any tips for my approach to them.
Waste of time they only mediate and always on side of dealer, cant force anything. I had a case went on for 11 months got nowhere. threatened court action in the end then SMMt pulled out as soon as court action mentioned.
