Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Yes & I has anyone noticed the propaganda/spin has started. They are letting it be known that Free Banking might have to stop! poor souls & since when was banking free to anyone. Iv'e recently taken a poll amongst friends & even those without O/D's have stated that when they received their statements they have paid some charges but for what they can't work out
My post was my own personal opinion and not one made on behalf on ths site.
Without meaning to be pedantic, what is the difference between 'Have taken (unlawfully at common law and statute)' and 'have stolen'?

My 1st reaction is to agree with the moderator because this site is probably the best there is in helping the unfortunate & theres an awful lot of goodwill amongst members.
My 2nd reaction particularly as we believe the money lenders (who will all go to hell by the way) read this & other sites like this is to not neuter ourselves by being over sensitive about expressing opinions particularly when the evidence is all around us. Lets face the banks would be mad to create the publicity by suing the site. If they did it really would give the campaign legs
So now I agree. To take property/money/goods without consent or to obtain it by false pretences & without any intention of returning it is to steal it. Therefore it is stolen so lets call a spade a spade. It's theft on a major scale & this site has over 1 million bits of evidence just to underline the point
