Default Re Starting my claim against Lloyds for charges

    Hi All,

I first started my claim against Lloydsicon in 2006 - sent prelim letter AND lbaicon but never went through with court action due to the fee being too high at the time.

NOW i am in a financial position to go "all the way" but what i need to know is should i start afresh and just go back 6 yearsicon from now ( ie June 2003) or should i just send an updated LBA which refrences the orginal LBA and adds on all the charge over the previous couple of years to the original charges supplied to lloyds (ie going back 9 years).

opinions please as the difference is around 2k

    Thanks, Scort

Go back for as long as you have statements for. They may well raise limitation arguments, but we can deal with that.

I would file the claim now without doing a revised prelim or lbaicon.
