    Default Default Notice?

My husband has an Eggicon card has 4 some years now. A month or so ago they started phoning and saying that the account was in arrears, my husband phoned and after an irritating conversation they told him it was because they had made mistake and credited the payment early, ie statement 23rd of the month I made the paymet via internet banking on about the 2nd of the following month, but for some reason they credited it on the 22nd it was therefore showing as an additional payment and not the minimum payment. Anyway they agreed to rectify it guess what they didn't. They phone several times a week asking to talk to my husband to which I say he is not hear please call back at 7/7.30pm or call him on his mobile. They have not done this and just keep phoning me at home during the day, they are now threatening a default notice and advice.
