Barcalycard have refunded charges back to my husbands card. This is all very well when they sent the offer letter we wrote back asking how the figure was reached. Got letter back saying, cant tell you that - charges will be refunded to your accounta nd you will see them on your July statement. Our laptop has completely died and we havn't been able to write back asking again! But the money has been returned in part. We will carry on for the rest, when the *&^%% lap top comes back from repairs. ;-)
