Hi,
I've had a parcel "lost". It came from the USA & parcel force have admitted it was last tracked at the international hub but they can't find it & have no trace of it from there on. They phoned me a week ago asking for further descriptions of the parcel contents & are supposed to be having another look for it.
I'm now fed up & want to buy a replacement as I've been waiting since 11 May for this parcel. My question is, who do I claim from? Would it be parcel force, paypalor my credit card (paid for by paypay through my credit card).
