    Default Business Account Claim

    Hi

Does anyone know if there is a template letter for business account claims please? I can't see one in the library and I know from what I've been reading on the forums that you can't use the Unfair Contract part on business claims. At least I think I know.....

Also, do I use the same spreadsheet as the one for personal claims?

    Hi, Kessik.

I'm not really sure what the score is regarding Business Claims at the moment

My claims were before the 'test case'. I think all claims are being stayed, best have a look through this thread, the later posts should help.

Thanks for that. I've had a look but can't see anything obvious but I'm sure there must be a different letter for business bank charges - can anyone point me towards it please??

Hi, I'm claiming from Nat West since 2004 but most charges are 2007-2009.

    Thanks

    Ah ok.
Well I would say the same as I have been advising-get hold of your original terms and conditionsicon and reconcile these to Smiths October Judgements-that means looking at those terms he ruled on and why he ruled.
