I am embarking on asking for a Judicial Review of my local councils decision to try and reclaim what they say is an ov erpayment of council tax benefit in 1994. I have appealed but because the Tribunal Service keeps postponing the tribunal to allow the council to provide more evidence, this has been going on for nearly three years now.
