Just wondered if there was anyone who knew how i stood . I moved into a warehouse in about 1998 and rented for 3 years . then in 2001 i purchased the building then sold it in about 2004 . I have never paid any rates or water or electricity and have never been contacted. Just wondered if the statue barred thingy comes into play .
