can someone please help.
it looks as though our house will be repossessed as we can't rent it out, we're 5 months in arrears and we're now abroad.
what i want to know is this:
we have a property abroad which is owned outright by us ( new family home), can anyone come after this house ?
our total debts are about £10k plus £4k arrears on mortgage.
can i get bad credit in my new country of residence because of old debts.
