Hi,
I am in the process of challenging my credit agrrment (from 2005/6) with the Natwest bank. I have approx a £3k balance on my account.
I have sent them a copy of your template letter along with a £1 postal order this morning. I understand that I have to wait 14 days for a response...
Once I recieve the response (assuming they send one) what am I looking for??
Thanks,
Cat
Natwest have 12+2 working days to reply, if they come up with a valid CCA copy then you would need to continue paying them, if not you can instruct them that the account is in dispute and stop paying them until they produce a valid copy, terms and conditions and credit limit and interest on the CCA are required along with your signature, best to post on here when you get a reply and you will get advice.
Hi,
Can anyone help. I sent Natwest the template letter and a PO for £1, 24 days ago and have not recieved a response. I did not send this recorded delivery (should I have done so??)
Where do I go from here???
Thanks alot in advance... x
Hi,
nat west have finally responded and send a copy of what they say is the original agreement and then also some new t&c's which they sent out when I was sent a replacement card. In addition to this they have sent a copy of my most recent statement.
Nowhere on the documents does my signature feature.
What else should I look for?
Thanks,
Cat
can you scan it or take a pic of it, deleting any personal info and post it up here?
