Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

I am currently initiating compensation claims for the missing letters to date, but I would much rather they be delivered correctly. The girl at Royal mail simply apologised and said she would send claim forms
The problem with Royal Mail signed for is that they often don;t get a signature.
I reckon that about 30% of al the various letter I have sent to banks, etc have never been signed for butthey have all been delivered. However, if RM can't provide a signature, you should ask for compensation - after all that is what you paid them for.
