Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Silly question, but what does the meaning of an "Unenforceable debt" mean? In regards to the 6 year rule, credit companies chasing you for the money etc...
if you have not paid any payment or acknowleged the debt in over 6 years then that becomes statute barred and they cannot chase you for it.
unenforceable means when a debt exists but for ie they may not have a completed credit agreement for it thus makes it unenforceable at court and you are not obliged to offer any payment
