Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
When you post seeking advice on your particular case/claim etc, It is important to post as much information as possible without the personal details of your case. Do not give names, initials, addresses or post codes, sort codes or account numbers, telephone numbers etc.
It is important to assist the site team members that you post all the relevant issues that you may have as this could have an important affect on how the team will advise you:
the list is endless but the more info we are supplied with the more easily an assessment can be made and assistance offered.
It could help the site team to give a more rapid and pointed response and enable them to advise on the way forward, or point you to the correct forum for futher advice.
Thank you

Hello. Please can you direct me to the place to begin a new thread. This is my first post. I have been reading threads on this website for some time and would like say that it has sustained and informed me through months and months of harassment and intimidation from various debt collecting agencies. This forum has helped me to cope but this is still ongoing so I would like to ask for advice.
