I received a camera for Christmas from my girlfriend, a couple of months later the screen started to pixelate intermittently. I took it in for repair on 29/4 and went to pick it up on 15/5, turned it on in the shop and the fault was still there. It was sent back for repair.
I phoned the shop last week to see if it was ready for picking up, they said that they were awaiting spares. They have now had 7 weeks in total to fix this fault, and I am now wondering what my next step should be.
