SAR - how much do I send them?

Hi,

Regarding the initial SAR icon

letter, I've found the template and my question relates to this point; 'I enclose a cheque for the statutory maximum fee of £10 ', so is this £10 for ALL loan account information, including that now held by the 'Thesis' organisation, or do I have to send Thesis the same letter now they have taken possession of the 2nd account?

Yes, you only need to send one SAR icon

and £10.

If they fail to comply you start a small claim icon

Dont forget to send it RD icon

or SD and I would send a PO or get someone else to write the cheque for you. Its also best not to use your usual signature icon

as some DCAs etc., are getting clever at copy and paste.

Make sure you also include all communication in writing only.

Well the communication is going very fast and mobile phone icon

sounds like the beginnings a spammer since I haven't a clue what you are talking about. You need pen and ink or computer and printer for the paper trail. No bank respond via SMS so pointless to say that.
