    Default Unenforceable credit agreement MBNA

    Can anyone help?

I've set the ball rolling with my current credit card supplier by requesting a copy of my original credit agreement. Unfortunately i've had no response and i was wondering what is my next step.

The provider is MBNAicon and from what i have read they are trying to play serious hardball with anyone who tries to persue an uneforceable credit agreement with them.

Any help or further info on how to pursue this with MBNA would be very muche appreciated.

Welcome to CAGicon- you'll find loads of help here. First thing to do is start a thread in MBNAicon- then read some of the other threads in that forum.

MBNA can be quite aggressive, but they aren't real good at getting things right- and you're in good (and experienced) company on here.

    Good luck.
