I am a receptionist a Dr surgery and have just been told they are ammending my contract. My hours are staying the same but now they have told us they will not being paying us for any sick leave and if any is due it with statutory sick pay.
Its not that im off sick a lot its just Im not sure there allowed to change the contracts?
