I have a faulty Philips toothbrush which I bought in 2007 (Boots). It says it has a 2 year warranty but I don't have a receipt. I have contacted Philips who said that the serial No indicates that it was manufactured in 2005. Unless I have a receipt to prove otherwise I don't have a claim. Is this right?
