Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Hi,
Contact the CRA and tell them in no uncertain terms that the entry is wrong and get them to remove it.
Also contact the peeps that put the entry on and threaten them with everything (including damnation to hell) if they don't remove the entry. Do this in writing and send by recorded delivery. do not sign the letter.
If they refuse, sue them
