Please help me. I have a secured loan with capstone back in Dec i fell behind with payments and they treid to seek possesion but with your help from here managed to come to an arrangement where i was paying hundread pound a week to get the balance down. However business went a little quiet and has been for a couple of months and have not been able to keep up with the sgreement. I made phone call explaining change of circumstances as i was not earning enough to cover the repayements. I called them a couple of time explaining this and all they would do it add a £110 charge on my account because i have not made the agreement and would not discuss making a new agreement.
So i was paying in the minimun amountto cover the loan £101 a month but thought this is pointless paying as they are still charging me £110 a month cause i cant make the 100 a week repayment. So i thought not getting me anywhere so i havent paid them. Npw they talking me to court once again well on the 18th of this month.
Not really sure about what to do from here...all help greatly appreciated
