Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
In 2005,after much research, bought a new car which ticked all the right boxes. By 2008 my circumstances had changed and decided to replace car. I bought an exact replacement (except colour), again new. This car is giving problems, not least heavy fuel consumption. Been back and forth to dealer who says nothing wrong with car.
Is there any consumer rights wherebye i can ask them to take car back and refund most of my cash??
