After a bit of advice before i set the ball rolling
Basically, 2 months after i purchased a BRAND NEW nissan X-trail from a Nissan Dealership. The paintwork around the fuel filler has blemished and dulled across the whole rear panel.
I am not a expert, but everyone who has seen it reckons it is a botched repair.
i have taken pictures, sent letters, had my calls logged with nissan warranty and still nothing has happened since it was reported in beginning of MAY 2009.
any suggestions as to next move....solicitor?
What does the dealer say that you bought from. That should be your first starting point. Its them that you have a contract with, or if they are too far away the nearest Nissan dealer. Try and do it face to face with a dealer and let them handle it, then confirm everything in writing after any phone calls.
