    Not sure why I'm so nervous, back in 2007 I recovered all my bank charges from HSBCicon and IF.com and credit card charges from Marbles, all with compounded contractual interesticon.

    Well called them today, and they don't seem to have received the letter yet, but I did send it recorded so I await their acknowledgement!!
