    Not sure why I'm so nervous, back in 2007 I recovered all my bank charges from HSBCicon and IF.com and credit card charges from Marbles, all with compounded contractual interesticon.

    Well they have received my SARicon, and it is has been entered on their system today. What's the chance they offer me a full refund immediately?...Me thinks not, but I'm up for the fight!!

    CITI have written to me confirming that they have recevied my complaint and that they will investigate and return to me within eight weeks, confirming where they stand in respect of it. They have thanked me for giving them the opportinity to put things right.... bizarre...

    Received a letter this morning stating that they are refunding all PPIicon and interesticon, totalling nearly £900.00. However they haven't given me a Breakdown or supplied SARicon?
