thanks I'll try again - i ended up putting the phone down on them. I asked to speak to someone in charge and they seemed to think it was a good idea to keep me on hold!!!
what's my best approach to get a copy of the charges for free? these are the only ones I have been asked to pay for. Can I not quote something from data protection acts?
