    Default 3 network are useless.

    ok on the 29th of may after a long haggling period agreed to upgrade with 3 on the terms that i stay on the same priceplan and for 12mths only with a phone which was not as good as the one i had, anyway i accepted and recieved the phone which i put straight on ebayicon and sold etc, anyway today i checked my bill online and can see that theyve charged me for the phone , which she said was free and theyve put me on an 18 month contract. I phoned 3 straight away and said there was a huge, mistake they are now going to check the call and get back to me in 24 hrs, what rights have i got here ive been with 3 for 5 years now and recently ive found there service awful.

    In addition to phoning them I'd also write to them confirming details of the conversation and any points made during your discussion. It gives them notice that you are disputing things and will provide you with audit trail if it comes to court.
