ok on the 29th of may after a long haggling period agreed to upgrade with 3 on the terms that i stay on the same priceplan and for 12mths only with a phone which was not as good as the one i had, anyway i accepted and recieved the phone which i put straight on ebayand sold etc, anyway today i checked my bill online and can see that theyve charged me for the phone , which she said was free and theyve put me on an 18 month contract. I phoned 3 straight away and said there was a huge, mistake they are now going to check the call and get back to me in 24 hrs, what rights have i got here ive been with 3 for 5 years now and recently ive found there service awful.
