The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have recently sent Egg a CCA request and received back a copy of my agreement. one of the prescribed terms that must be present is the amount of credit, but what exactly is this - the amount of the loan, the amount of the loan and amount of the interest or the total amount payable, i.e loan and interest added? My agreement is from 2002 and only shows the loan amount, there is no mention of total credit being charged or the total amount due is this unenforceable?
