    You shold be claiming back to 1995.

    You are frequently being charges overdrafticon interest fees. This is correct. however, you must also have been charged interest on these charges as clearly you were in overdraft at the time.

    You should be claiming these interest charges back as well - to the extent that the interest is comprised of charges-related overdraft.

    Try to understand what this means because by the time you have added it all up and then added a further 8% statutory interest for a court claim, it can come to quite a lot of extra money

    i am filling in the overdrafticon interest part now but i thought it was only 6 yearsicon i could claim, the only problem is on the sheet Lloydsicon sent me it dont display my balance?!
