a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
It's important to remember to use these after you have exhausted the normal complaints procedure. To use it as a first line of approach will lose it's impact or worse, drive the CEO into hiding. This is a very good list to have to hand.
