Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi I noticed within a 1 hour 1/2 tank went down to re-fuel level, refuelled and nothing, zero level so took car to audi main dealer and they said fuel sender within fuel pump and maybe another part needs changing, so they ordered it after I agreed for the parts and work to be acrried out. They phoned back a couple days later and said they have 1 part but need to wait a few more days (turned out about a week) for other part. In the mean time, next time I went and refuelled, it fuel gauge stated working, and has been working without any issues so far. I told audi today when they phoned to say parts are here that I don't think I need to go ahead with the work as it seems to be working though I want to wait till I refuel full tank again to be sure. They say I have to pay for the parts!!, WHY? Apparently, one part (one that took long time is a back order part that cannot be returned!!!) krishan PS. Car is A6 2.7TDi 06 plate
Re: Audi dealer asking me to pay for unwanted parts
As this was a special order and no returnable, they might insist on payment and I don't think there is any way out, you will be obliged to purchase especially as you have just changed your mind.
