    Default Jessops Won't Refund

Hi - I bought a camera from Jessops.com in January, costing £108. When it arrived it had a dint and they agreed to refund as the model was discontinued. It was collected (I have the receipt), but I have tried everything to get the refund - emailing, phoning and have even written to the Chief Exec without any response. What can I do next? Many Thanks

If you have paid for the item and then returned the item which leaves you out of pocket I wouldn't have any hesitation is filing at county courticon.

First I would send a letter titled : letter before actionicon

In the letter explain briefly you are owed £108 for goods returned and if you haven't received payment in 14 days you will file at court, which will incurr them costs plus interesticon.

If they don't pay in 14 days, keep your promise and file here: https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp

It is a very easy process to file online.

Make sure you keep all correspondance you have sent and received including return notes etc.

Edit: I think you have been very reasonable waiting 6 months, I wouldn't of given them 1 month.
