Hi - I bought a camera from Jessops.com in January, costing £108. When it arrived it had a dint and they agreed to refund as the model was discontinued. It was collected (I have the receipt), but I have tried everything to get the refund - emailing, phoning and have even written to the Chief Exec without any response. What can I do next? Many Thanks
In the letter explain briefly you are owed £108 for goods returned and if you haven't received payment in 14 days you will file at court, which will incurr them costs plus interest.
