I took out an unsecured loan from Welcome Finance quite a few years ago.
They charged ridiculous amounts of money for phoning me, writing me letters and late payment fees. I remember them being quite aggressive with their calls.
I don't see why not. You need to SAR welcome to get all the statements for your account unless you have them already.

I do not think they have completed you SAR as it should give all info they hold on you including payments and charges I would remind them of this and also complain to the oft trading standards an the ico
