Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am aiming off for taking the Co-operative Bank, Capital One and the 3 credit reference agencies to court at the end of July (I am going to be busy!). This question has been asked before but I cannot find if it has ever been answered. How do I get evidence from them? - we have no equivalent of the CPR. They have been very selective in what they have sent in SAR requests.
you can complete an incidental application for them to produce documentation

Thanks Ida. It's coincidence that just after I posted a letter arrived from the one bank I need info from saying if I needed any further info (on top of my SAR) I should let them know. I have requested the info I need in reply and hopefully they will just give it to me! It's a weird set-up. The guy who investigated my complaint wrote that he wouldn't reply to any further correspondence from me after I informed him I would go to litigation and yet he has no choice but to speak to the CRAs. On the other side of the Office another guy in charge of records is asking me if I need more information! You couldn't make it up!
