Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi its me again. I think I will probably go down the multiple claim route as the max small claim in bonnie Scotland is £750.
Can I ask for advice on 2 items.
1. When I complete the small claims summons form do I require to quote the bank managers actual name with the bank address.
2. If anyone has experience of filing multiple claims, I will probably require 4, did the claims all go in at the one time, with separate payments, or do you require to wait until each is settled in turn.
These do seem easy ?s but I want to get it correct.
Thanks all
