I requested my CCA from Lloyds TSB 14 Days ago using a templatye on here. They havent sent me a letter so i was wondering what my next step is there are lots of letters on here from people saying they have received a document stating different excuses, but i havent had anything.
After the 12+2days, go into the template library and send them the you have failed to send me a true copy of your agreement letter, they are in default, if they do not comply with the request, but you adhere to the time scales, as you will no doubt find out Lloyds do not.
See what they come back with, before escalating to the next stage but keep to the time limits. There are lots of people on here to assist you. Good luck.
