Yesterday i left my brothers to catch a bus into town with my daughter and my dog. I always leave at 12.30pm so i can catch a bus which only runs once every hour on a sunday. I arrived at the bus stop by 12.35pm and the bus was due at 12.45pm.
No bus arrived and by 1pm i was so sick of waiting i walked half a mile onto the main road to catch another bus. I had to wait another 20 minutes for that to arrive and i missed the bus that i use to go to my mum's so i had to wait another 30 minutes for a bus to get there. So i spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes cos of there bus not turning up.
The thing is everytime i complain to Arriva about missing buses they fob me off and only give me travel vouchers which are no good to me as i usually buy a weekly bus pass.
