    Default Hidden Charges...?

    'They want more transparency and that means inevitably moving towards a fee-based monthly charge.' Joe Garner, who heads the bank's personal finance business, said: 'Banking is not free to provide but it is clear that people want to see exactly what they are paying for rather than incur hidden charges.'
    Now I thought the charges were transparent! I wish they'd make up their minds.

    As we're all aware, the banks aren't wont to stick to the rules. They particularly don't like adhereing to the one that says "don't hold a loaded shotgun pointing downwards".
