hi had a claim on my visa some years ago as was in hospital had the card for over ten years got made redudant and was told couldnt claim can i still claim the PPI

why could you not claim redundency on the PPI
what reason was given

because i had been paid redundancy money

thats a crap excuse if ever i herd one

PPI is a totally seperate insurance policy

who aranged the ppi (COMPANY) and which company addmin it

Better Still, Go Into A Branch And Ask For The PPI Booklet

Say You Have A Card And Were Thinking About Ppi

Its The T&c On The Back Ime Interested In

If Its Not On There About Redundency Payments, Which It Prob Is Not

Where In The Agreement Does It State No Pay Out If You Receive Redundency Payment

Address It To The Complaints Dept And Again, Send Recorded Delievery

Lets See Them Comitt Themself In Writing This Time

hi all had letter from Halifax today saying they will contact me with an amount had the card for around 18 years owe 12000 what should i expect back

Right do you have all the statements because you will need all these first to know what you have paid.

Dont worry if you dont have statements because we can get them but it may take longer.

If you do not have all the statements give me a shout and ill pop back to explain what you have to do to get them.
