    Link took over an account that was a seven credit card. I think it was originally an evans store card.

    Been to court gained a CCJ and is now being paid monthly.

    Time to check the CCA I think. Also I can never remember her getting a DN either.

    So the fun begins SARicon on its way in the morning

    Ok so I have had a good look through the pack they have sent me and I have come up with the following.

    1 I think the CCA is unenforcable due to missing prescribed terms
    2 There is no default notice what so ever
    3 There are charges applied to the statements missed dd etc

    Also could some one tell me is the notice of assignment correct and finally the application form completed applies to a Evans store card, They then changed the card to a Seven Credit Card does this bear any interesticon too ?

    Looking forward to some help here lol

    Hi TFM

    Links are the wrong way round, but never mind. The credit agreement has your siganture and the prescribed terms (under 'Financial details of the account') so is therefore enfroceable. Strictly, the letter of assignment should have come from the original creditor.
