After ages of waiting for Egg to get back to me re my credit card taken out in early 2006, yesterday I received this back which is supposedly my cca agreement along with another 35 pages of internet explorer screen shots of terms and conditions. Can any one tell me if this is enforceable or not? the card was taken out online but I was under the impression that they still required a signature for the agreement back then? Please tell me if I am wrong and put me out of my misery. Thanks Rainbow x
